Mohbad, a former Marlian Records signee, passed away on September 12 and was buried the following day.
However, on September 21, authorities unearthed Mohbad’s body for an autopsy and are awaiting the results of the investigation.
This was because of the uproar over his death.
Aloba stated in a now-viral leaflet that the album titled ‘Itunu’ is a tribute to his late son Mohbad.
Latsoul Films International is in charge of the project’s production.
Aloba was sighted in the studio earlier last month, recording a track.
He could be seen in the video singing passionately and warning people to be cautious of their actions.
Aloba has been in the spotlight following the death of his son, Mohbad.
Several Nigerians petitioned last month for the release of Mohbad’s remains for burial.
Aloba, on the other hand, advised that no one should retrieve his son’s remains for burial without his permission.
In honor of Mohbad, Bella Shmurda released a song named ‘My Brother’ in October.
Bella Shmurda recalled how he met the late musician and how they became friends at first sight in the song.
Mohbad was regarded as a “light that became a legend in the face of animosity” by him.
