Tonto Dikeh, a Nigerian actress turned politician, has called on the Nigerian police to investigate the death of late musician Ileriouluwa Oladimeji, popularly known as Mohbad.
The actress expressed her frustration with their tardiness and carelessness in releasing the singer’s remains for burial.
She stated that if anyone speaks up, she will do so since she has given too much of her emotions, time, and love to not see justice served.
She mentioned how she and other Mohbad fans had given the Nigerian police time while letting them know that his case is not to be dismissed.
Tonto Dikeh stated:
“@nigerianpoliceforce, Give us Mohbad for a befitting burial. We are tired of your carelessness and slowness. If no one speaks I will, I have invested too much of my emotions, my time, and my love to see this justice go through. Like QM says give the police more time. Honestly, we have given you all the more time than necessary. This is not the case to be swept under.
We want Justice”.
Recall how the late Mohbad’s body was discovered?
It was decided to be exhumed after the late crooner’s parents and other associates met with authorities on Monday, September 18th.
Mohbad died on Tuesday, September 12th, and was buried the next day, causing fury among netizens.
