Wunmi, the widow of late artist Ilerioluwa Aloba, commonly known as Mohbad, says she is unaware of any pending DNA test orders.
This happened after the Chief Magistrate Court in Ikorodu, Lagos issued a court order via substitute means [this occurs when a defendant is unable to be served physically with the Court’s proceedings].
After two unsuccessful efforts to serve her personally, the court ordered that she get information through alternate means.
However, according to her lawyer Taiwo Olawanle, Wunmi stated on Thursday, April 18, that she was uninformed of the court’s order.
“We don’t have the court order. If we have an order, we will advise her to adhere to it. That is not a problem. But we are not aware of any order,” Olawanle said.
