A video circulating online features Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage displaying her classic African motherly qualities with her son Jamil Balogun at a recent event.
Tiwa, famous for her hit songs, was seen with Jamil, along with well-known media figure Toke Makinwa and actress Dorcas Shola Fapson (DSF) at the Future Face Africa 2024 event.
In the clip, Jamil is shown warmly greeting Toke Makinwa.
He turned to his mother, who was quietly watching the event unfold. Her gaze left many questioning if Jamil had upset her.
Without delay, she reached for her slippers, ready to reprimand him in front of the guests. Jamil, noticing her reaction, stood quietly in front of Tiwa Savage, listening intently.
The video led to a lot of reactions online, with users commenting that Tiwa Savage displayed the traits of a typical African mother, even as a well-known singer.
