Photos and video from the scene where two Catholic priests and 17 others were hacked to death in Benue by herdsmen Gunmen suspected to be herders in the early hours of today, Tuesday April 24th, killed two Catholic priests, Rev Fathers Gor Joseph and Fr.Felix Tyolaha alongside 17 parishioners in Ayar Mbalom community of Gwer East Local Government Area of Benue State.

According to DailyTrust, the deceased were observing the 5.30am mass when the gunmen invaded the church and started shooting at the congregation.

The slain priests, Revd. Frs. Joseph Gor and Felix Tyolaha and other victims were butchered to death by the assailants.

Their remains have been deposited at the Bishop Murray Medical Centre, Makurdi.
