The python reported to be 8-foot was killed in Owerri, Imo State by a group of brave students who sighted it.
This massive reptile was spotted and killed by students residing at Eziobodo (FUTO off campus residential area), Owerri in Imo State.
The dangerous animal was displayed publicly for residents to feed their eyes on. This has raised the question of how the snake was able to sneak into a residential area rather than a thick bush or forest where it belongs.
