The mother of Starlight, a signee of singer Portable, cried as she asked for her son’s release after he was arrested by the Ogun State Police.
It is important to remember that Portable and his team reportedly attacked officials from the Ogun State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development during a raid in Oke-Osa, Tigbo Ilu Ota. Nine of his associates were taken into custody at the scene.
It seems Starlight was one of the people arrested.
In a touching video that has been shared online, Starlight’s mom claimed that her son is too calm and gentle to ever harm any officials.
She disclosed that her son has been ill since he was taken into custody and no longer plays with his friends. She is appealing to Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun for his prompt release.
The upset mother noted that her son recently became part of the ‘Zeh Nation’ group, and she was completely behind his music ambitions.
