Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, better known as Cubana Chiefpriest, a socialite, has boasted that he is transforming into Father Christmas this December.
The entrepreneur announced on social media that he was going to Owerri and Asaba to spray money like water.
The latest Rolls Royce owner went on to say that he would recreate what Wizkid did in Surulere and Makoko in Lagos state, where he made money rain on people on the street as he passed by.
