Stella Maris, the wife of the deceased veteran Nollywood actor John Okafor, also known as Mr. Ibu, shared her feelings of grief on Father’s Day without her husband.
During a recent press interview, her first public appearance since her husband’s death, Stella highlighted the immense sorrow she feels from losing her spouse.
She tearfully recounted how Father’s Day was particularly difficult for her as she remembered her late husband.
In terms of the Nollywood community, Stella mentioned that they have been incredibly supportive of her and her children following Mr. Ibu’s passing, offering kindness and assistance during this challenging time.
She said, “On Father’s Day, I felt so bad and was shedding tears when I remembered my husband. The Nollywood actors have been supporting me and my children since he passed away. They have been good to us.”
