Renowned music video director, Thankgod Omori, also known as TG Omori, has released a statement in response to the recent remarks made by controversial artist Portable, who accused Nigerian celebrities of failing to support him.
According to Gistlover, Portable criticized Nigerian celebrities for not offering their organs or financial assistance to TG Omori, who recently experienced a failed kidney transplant, despite having previously contributed financially to the controversial figure Bobrisky during his legal troubles.
In his response, TG Omori asserted that his colleagues and friends have been “solidly behind” him even prior to the public knowledge of his health issues.
He urged the public to disregard any insinuations to the contrary.
Omori stressed that what he truly requires at this time are prayers and moral support.
On his X handle, he wrote: “All I needed was your prayers, moral support and love and this I am grateful to have gotten in abundance.
“The industry and friends have been solidly behind me months before it all came public. Please ignore the clout desperate dogs. Jesus is king.”
