A Nigerian man has generated significant attention on social media after disclosing a list of seven stipulations his wife established before he can take a second wife.

He shared this information on his Facebook account, indicating that he had communicated his desire to marry again to his wife.

In reply, she specified particular requirements he must fulfill to receive her consent. As per his post, the prospective second wife must adhere to the following conditions:

  1. Must be a virgin.
  2. Must be between 25 and 26 years old.
  3. Must be proficient in spoken and written Igbo and English.
  4. Must own a personal house in Okpuno or Nkpoka Nnewichi-Nnewi.
  5. Must not have any children.
  6. Must not bear the surname Osigwe.
  7. Must refrain from eating fish or any sea creatures.

He humorously remarked, “Some weeks back, my wife, Okala Ete, gave me the go-ahead to marry a second wife. In case you are wondering why I need her permission, the answer is simple: amalu kpa, ewe rahu na ute.”

He concluded with a playful message to potential applicants: “The application portal will open tonight at 12 PM and close tonight at 12 PM. May the best man, sorry, woman win. Good luck and thank you.”

In other news, Nigerian rapper Skales, whose real name is Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, has shared his feelings about not having many baby mamas around him.

In a recent interview, he mentioned that he is the last in his family line.

The singer said, “I regret not having Babymamas, i really regret. Because, i am like the only person in my family bloodline that is still alive. So, the bloodline relies on me to reproduce and continue my lineage.”

He said that when his mother died, he came to the realization that he was the only surviving member of his family.

“I realized there was not much of my bloodline when I lost everyone, including my mother,” he said.
