A Nigerian lady who embarked on a 168-hour indoors-a-thon to break the Guinness World Record is pleading for data from Nigerians.
Recall how an Ogun lady got involved with the Guinness World Record (GWR) to break a record for the longest time spent indoors?
Funmi Ojelade, the lady in question, has stated that she will be indoors for 168 hours. She stated that she will not be using her phone, chatting with anyone, going out, and no visitors will be permitted to see her.
In the 64th hour, the young lady revealed that her 2.2 gig of data is running out and she is pleading with Nigerians to help her buy more data to keep her record going.
In other news a Nigerian lady has joined the growing number of wannabe record breakers by launching a Sew-A-Thon in which she would aim to sew constantly for 170 hours.
The lady known as Queen Ego began the endeavour on July 13th and has so far sewed for 100 hours and counting.
As she continues her record-breaking attempt, a live video on her Instagram page shows her performing numerous tailoring operations such as material cutting, stitching, and ironing.
It is no longer news that an epidemic of record-breaking attempts began after Hilda Baci launched her Cook-a-Thon.
While many Nigerians have attempted to break numerous records, Guinness World Records, which has gotten overburdened with filed requests, has asked people to take it easy on the attempts.
