“My cows and sheep are easier to control than Nigerians” — Ex-President Buhari

Former President Muhammadu Buhari sparked outrage when he claimed that his cows and sheep are easier to govern than Nigerians.

This comment was delivered by the outgoing president during his farewell speech, paving the way for the newly elected president, Bola Tinubu, who was sworn in few hours ago.

According to Buhari, he is excited to be going back to his base as his cows and sheep there are easier to control than Nigerians.

“I am looking forward to tomorrow to fly to my base and go back to my cows and sheep, which are much easier to control than fellow Nigerians.

“Your Excellencies, Heads of State and Government, and their representatives, I thank you very much and I say goodbye to you and wish us the best of luck,” he said.
