Kemi Ikuseedun, a well-known Nigerian content creator and Nollywood actress, also called Mummy Wa or Kemz Mama, has talked about her rise to fame. She disclosed that her father did not support her career.
During an interview with Chude Jideonwu, she shared that her father referred to her career as “irrelevant irrelevancies.”
Kemi noted that her journey into the entertainment industry was nearly impossible because her parents did not encourage her.

She also mentioned that after her first appearance in Mr. Macaroni’s comedy skit on YouTube, he did not reach out to her again.
Kemz Mama shared that she faced challenges in getting roles in the film industry due to experiences of sexual harassment and feelings of insecurity about her breast size.
The situation transformed when Mr. Macaroni asked her to join his comedy skit regularly, causing her social media accounts to explode with millions of followers.
