Nollywood actress Lizzy Gold bemoans the uncomfortable fallout after a rigorous gym workout.
In a series of videos, the mother of two talked about her experience, saying that she felt like her entire body was on fire after going to the gym.
The performer revealed how weak she felt as a result of choosing to go to the gym—a lifestyle that seemed to be very foreign to her.
She revealed that ever since starting the difficult and demanding workouts at the gym, she has been suffering from leg and body aches.
Lizzy Gold continued, saying that she was so uncomfortable that she was unable to even stand to make food or fetch anything to eat.
The script interpreter, though, insisted that she would not back down.
