Reports regarding fresh recruitment have been refuted by the N-Power program of the All Progressives Congress (APC) government. The program, launched in 2016 under the National Social Investment Programmes (NSIPs) by the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari, aims to empower young.
Nigerians are urged by N-Power to get accurate updates through its official channels.
N-Powered the initiative has been hailed as one of the administration’s most significant legacies, but Betta Edu, the current minister of humanitarian affairs and poverty reduction, has discontinued it after alleging numerous violations.
Although it recently changed its handle to X (previously Twitter), N-Power announced that accurate information regarding outstanding payments and portal-related concerns will be shared through the official accounts of the project to create jobs and empower people for the social investment programmes of the Nigerian government.
N-Power’s tweet reads: “Hello Beneficiaries!!! “It has come to our notice that lots of fake news has been in circulation. “Please note that we will be the first to notify you on any update with regards to possible recruitment, pending payments and portal-related issues.”
