The ruling issued by the Lagos Magistrate Court on February 25, 2025, resulted in the dismissal of all allegations against Naira Marley, Sam Larry, and Prime Boy.
Additionally, the Director of Public Prosecutions announced that charges would be brought against the auxiliary nurse who attended to Mohbad, Feyisayo Ogedengbe, as well as Mohbad’s friend, Ayobami Sodiq.
Following the court’s decision, Naira Marley expressed his sentiments on Twitter by sharing a quote from the Quran.
“And whoever puts all his trust in Allah, he will be enough for him. (65:3).”
