A Nigerian father who has five children has expressed his dissatisfaction with the country’s current hunger and poverty.
The man who walked out of the #EndBadGovernance rally could be seen crying bitterly in a viral video, prompting responses among social media users.
As the head of his household, he lamented the fact that he could not provide his children with a free education or even food. The distraught man revealed, through tears in his eyes, that he had worked ceaselessly but to no avail.
He made this known during the Nationwide Protest, which began on Thursday, August 1, and the revelation sparked outrage online.
In his words, “It is very painful, I can not give my children education, I cannot give them food to eat. I have been working, working and working. That is very painful”.
