The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 1301 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Gistlover reports that the new cases were reported in a post on the disease control agency’s Twitter handle on Tuesday night, January 19, 2021.
The newly reported cases bring the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria to 113,305 which includes 91,200 discharged cases and 1,464 deaths.
Below is the breakdown of the latest cases according to states with Lagos State having the highest number of cases followed by Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
