It is important to note that Junior Pope, along with others, tragically lost their lives due to drowning in the Anam River in Anambra State while returning from a film set produced by Adanma Luke on April 8th.

In the wake of this tragedy, the filmmaker appears to be moving forward, as she was recently seen on vacation alongside her colleagues, Destiny Etiko and Uju Okoli.
