It started after Naira Marley posted a video of himself alongside his numerous dogs while stating that the world would be a better place if everyone had the ability to love unconditionally like dogs.

Captioning the post, he wrote:

Toke Makinwa took to the comment section to weigh in on the video,she unashamedly affirmed that she prefers her dogs to humans; Unfortunately, this statement that didn’t sit well with some netizens as they began to dish out several speculations.
