New Ag. IGP, Mohammed Adamu, Makes Mighty Moves, Shakes Everywhere Ahead Of the 2019 Elections

A massive redeployment of Senior Police Officers, has been announced by the Acting Inspector-General of Police, Ag. IGP, Mohammed Adamu.

The deployment affects over 50 senior Officers, including Assistant Inspectors-General, AIGs, and Commissioners of Police, CPs.

The deployment sees new Commissioners of Police in States like Lagos, Oyo, Kwara, and Anambra.

The announcement was made by the Police Spokesperson, Frank Mba, in a statement which was sent to GistLover, on Wednesday evening.

The statement reads in full:

Following the decoration of newly promoted Assistant Inspectors-General of Police and Commissioners of Police, at the Force Headquarters, today, 6th February, 2019, the Inspector-General of Police, Ag. IGP, M.A Adamu, NPM, mni, has ordered the posting and redeployment of the following Senior Police Officers to Zones, Formations and Commands as follows:
