Renowned TikTok influencer Nickie Dabarbie has allegedly been arrested at Kirikiri jail after the police called him over claims of property damage at Nigerian rapper Skiibii’s home that is allegedly valued over N3 million.
The drama was exposed by the controversial critic VeryDarkMan, who gave updates on the state of affairs and disclosed specifics of his most recent chat with Dabarbie.
VeryDarkMan claims that Dabarbie texted him to let him know that she had been invited by the police and was then taken into custody.
VeryDarkMan posted screen grabs of their chat, in which Dabarbie apologized and said she had previously been charged in court before being sent to Kirikiri jail.
She promised to use greater caution going forward. The legal mess seems to have started with claims made by Skiibii, who allegedly filed a police complaint that Dabarbie had damaged his property to the tune of N3 million.
Even though VeryDarkMan promised to help Dabarbie by finding a lawyer, it appears that his assistance arrived too late, resulting in her incarceration.
VeryDarkMan defended Dabarbie by expressing that he thought she was innocent and that, in a normal situation, she wouldn’t purposefully hurt herself.
Despite her incarceration, he promised to be by her side and declared his determination to take the matter further on Monday.
