Lance Corporal Martins did not miss his targets as he fired straight at them in a video, questioning their integrity as protectors of the land against the popular Islamist group known as Boko Haram and other issues within the country and the army.
He described Lt, Gen. Tukur Buratai and his colleague in authority Defence Staff, General Abayomi Gabriel Olonisakin as failures at the helm of affairs as the duo have compromised with the insurgents in the North, killing and looting from Nigerians on daily basis. To him, the people in power are not fit to be at the top as they show little or no interest in the job given them.
According to him, some good soldiers have been detained at an undisclosed location after they sought more powerful combat weapons to fight the insurgents. Knowing perfectly well where his comment could lead him, he called on human rights activists, lawyers, and all other organizations to come to his aid.
