The Lagos state government’s Department for Environmental Protection has recently been in the spotlight due to several demolitions carried out within the state’s Lekki axis.
Kiitan Bukola, a Nollywood actress, is among those who have been affected by the demolitions. A video she posted online of her house being damaged quickly went viral.
Kiitan, who isn’t known for her outspoken personality, couldn’t help but express her distress over the recent events.
She stated in her post that she was mentally exhausted and had not expected Nigeria to happen to her in such a way.
The actress appeared desolate in the viral video as she watched the Lagos state government’s bulldozer tear down her barriers.
A mentally drained Kiitan shared a video of her looking devastated as she revealed that Nigeria has finally happened to her.
Now taking to her Instagram page, Iyabo Ojo consoled her, urging her to stay strong.
Expressing her love for her, she stated that God is with her.
“Stay strong and know God is with you. I love you loads”.
Taking to her comment section, Kiitan, appreciated Iyabo for the love as she noted how the mother of two is always supporting her.
She revealed that Iyabo had offered her accommodation in her house.
“My queen mother thanks for the love, care, and support always. You even offered to give me shelter, in your word (Kiitan I can give you a place in my house to stay). Mama ma, epistle for you no be today”.
