A Nigerian woman has recounted her experience with the newly launched electric buses at the University of Lagos (UNILAG), noting that the fare is merely ₦100.
In a post on her TikTok account, she presented visuals of both the exterior and interior of the electric buses, which are believed to have been recently introduced by UNILAG to enhance transportation options for students on campus.
She captioned the video: “And it’s only 100 naira! Plus, there are like four doors!”
In her expression of astonishment, she remarked, “So UNILAG electric buses are indeed a reality? Does this imply that campus drivers may face unemployment?”
The video also included footage of the bus’s interior and an approaching bus entering the campus.
As the video gained traction online, it ignited conversations among viewers, prompting many to share their opinions in the comment section.
