A man has recounted the negative experiences he faced while residing in Nigeria, explaining the reasons for his decision to leave the country and move abroad.
This account comes in the wake of comments made by Kemi Badenoch, the leader of the UK Conservative Party, who expressed her desire for the UK not to emulate Nigeria, labeling its government as ineffective.
The individual stated that he departed Nigeria at the age of 31, noting that his accomplishments since relocating cannot be compared to those of Badenoch.
He underscored that Nigeria significantly impacted his life in a detrimental manner.
He wrote: “I left Nigeria at 31, and if they give me mic on any international platform, the things I will say, even Badenoch cannot fathom it.
“Nigeria took my life away from me and offered no succour whatsoever.
“One day they will hear from me, one day.”
