During a conversation regarding a previous jollof battle between Nigeria and Ghana, Chef Hilda Baci, noted for breaking the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking time, offered her thoughts on Ghanaian jollof.
The chef reminisced about the competition, gleefully claiming victory, and expressed disgust with the taste of the Ghanaian jollof.
Despite the fact that it was a competition in which each contestant gave it their all, the Ghanaian jollof she tested had no distinct flavour, according to Chef Baci.
