Nigerian comedian Woli Arole loses father

Nigerian comedian and actor Bayegun Oluwatoyin, widely known as Woli Arole, has announced the heartbreaking loss of his father. He shared the news through an emotional tribute on his official Instagram page late Sunday night.

Accompanying a poignant photo of himself with his late father, Arole poured out his grief while expressing acceptance of God’s will. The comedian-turned-preacher reflected on the loss, marking it as a significant and deeply personal moment in his life.

He wrote:

“It has pleased the LORD to receive my FATHER in GLORY.

It’s in total submission to the will of GoD to announce the demise of my Father, my HERO and my ROLE MODEL.

I am happy I spent your last moments with you in JOY, PRAYERS and FUN. Rest well Baba Jimmy.

Happy you left a LEGACY and that LEGACY is ME!!!!!!

I would miss you so MUCH!!!!!”
