Nigerian Doctor Allegedly poisoned to death by Kinsman during Christmas visit to his village

A Nigerian medical practitioner, identified as Tony, popularly known as Dimkpa Madu, has reportedly met a tragic and untimely death after allegedly consuming a drink laced with poison by his own kinsman.

The heartbreaking incident occurred on Boxing Day in Nenu, Obingwa Local Government Area of Abia State. Tony, who had returned to his hometown to celebrate Christmas with family and friends, fell victim to the horrific act shortly after his arrival.

The devastating news was shared by Prince Agbara, one of the doctor’s alleged friends, in an emotional Facebook post. Agbara expressed shock and outrage, revealing that the suspected perpetrator fled the village with his entire family following the tragic event, leaving the community in mourning and seeking justice.

The incident has sparked widespread sorrow and outrage, with many demanding answers and accountability for the doctor’s untimely demise.

He wrote;

“This is disheartening. Somebody that was alive and healthy on the 25th, po.isoned on the 26th through drink and he vom.ited and that was it, by his kinsman. On noticing that my friend had d!ed he ran away with his family,”
