A Nigerian doctor shares a ‘weird’ gesture made by a patient’s daughter after hearing him speak about hunger because he hadn’t eaten breakfast.
In a post on the social media platform X, the doctor, @Eqraam, detailed a conversation he had with another doctor about missing breakfast.
Unbeknownst to him, a patient’s daughter eavesdropped on the conversation and decided to make him tea while leaving a note with her phone number.
Sharing the note, the doctor stressed how weird and unexpected the gesture was for him.
“Something weird happened to me in hospital today. I went on ward rounds this morning. This Fulani lady that is taking care of her mom heard me telling one of my colleague that I haven’t had breakfast. After I’m done with the ward rounds, I came back to this on my table. A cup of tea/biscuit and a note 📝. It’s weird🫠,” he stated.
The letter that accompanied the breakfast read:
“HI Dr, Breakfest is the best way to start the day and being able to share it with you makes it even sweeter.

Take care of yourself.”
In other news, Cubana Chief Priest, a Nigerian celebrity and businessman, sent a message to Nigerians after flying in economy class.
He took to Instagram to upload a boomerang video of himself on a trip, revealing that he opted for economy class to guarantee he made it home because he missed his son, Obinna.
The Cubana Chief Priest advised the people to learn to be adaptable, adding that it makes no difference whether one travels first, business, or economy class as long as one arrives at his destination. He wrote on Instagram’s story:
“Jumped on my economy shit to make sure I get my ass home; miss Obinna my son, so much couldn’t stay one more night. Be flexible!!! Jet, oh, flight class, oh, biz class, oh, economy, oh!! We must do what we gotta do to get to where we wanna go to. Zero limitations!!”.
