Nigerian lady begins 100 hours of marathon talk show in attempt to break Guinness World Records

Amuda Mariam, professionally known as Mary Gold, is a Nigerian lady and media personality who is about to embark on a 100-hour marathon television talk show.

The 100-hour show, which began on Saturday, December 16 and will conclude on Wednesday, December 20, was held in Lagos at Tunde Odekunle street, off Coker street, off college road, Ogba.

Mariam, who hoped to invite over 100 guests over the course of the quests, revealed that she has received approval from Guinness World Records and intends to put Nigerian media on the map.

Guinness World Records congratulated her in October and sent her their rules and regulations, as well as everything else related to the record, she claims.

It is worth noting that the longest marathon television talk show was achieved by NOVA24TV (Slovenia) and hosted by Boris Tomai from September 24 to 27, 2023, in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The TV host has hosted over ten guests, including Nigerian comic star Mr Macaroni, during her 54-hour marathon talk show, which airs on Nigezie Xtreme, CH 427.
