A Nigerian woman has sought assistance on social media after allegedly being assaulted by her landlord’s son due to issues with a faulty toilet.

The incident transpired after she reported difficulties using the toilet just one week after moving into her apartment, for which she had paid #300,000.

In a video posted on TikTok, the woman emotionally shares her ordeal. She explained that when she initially approached the landlord to rent the apartment, he required her to pay the full amount upfront before granting her access.

Upon moving in, she found that the toilet was not functioning properly, resulting in water leaking into her bedroom.

This situation rendered her unable to sleep, wash her clothes, or perform essential daily tasks.

Despite her numerous complaints, the landlord asserted that he was unable to address the problem due to a lockdown.

She even sent him messages and videos illustrating the dire condition of her room, yet no action was taken.

When she confronted him directly, she reportedly faced threats from both him and his son, who allegedly used their professional positions to intimidate her. The son is also said to have physically assaulted her.

In her desperation, she reached out to the public for help.
