A Nigerian lady started a social media conversation after complaining furiously that the fufu she usually buys for ₦50 is being sold for ₦200.
This was disclosed in a video she shared on social media, which showed her holding the fufu.In the video, she can be heard explaining to her followers about the fufu’s reduced size and increased price.
She revealed that she use to buy the same fufu for ₦50, but the price has increased drastically.
She went on to unwrap the fufu’s nylon packaging to prove her point, repeatedly expressing her dissatisfaction and disclosing how much it is now worth.
Her statement piqued the interest of many social media users, who flooded the post’s comment section with their thoughts.
