A Nigerian lady has gone viral online after sharing her surprising experience at the wedding of a close friend who is a dedicated member of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry (DCLM).
She posted a video on her TikTok account, @hey_Pelumi, showcasing the events of the wedding party that left her amazed.
In the beginning of the video, she is seen in a room with the bride and bridesmaids preparing. The bride wore a simple white dress and had no makeup on, which was different from what is usually seen at weddings.
They went to the church for the wedding, which was quicker than normal. In the video, the bride walked in with some church leaders. After that, she and her partner signed the marriage certificate and went to the reception.
The bride mentioned that the reception was under an hour long, with no cake-cutting, toasts, or money-spraying. Instead, guests enjoyed performances from different choirs.
In the video, while explaining the Deeper Life wedding, viewers realized she didn’t talk about any food being served, making them wonder if there was no food at all.
The video sparked a huge response, with many social media users filling the comment section to express their opinions.
