A prominent individual from Lekki, known as Jago, has taken to social media to publicly accuse his former girlfriend of exploiting him and subsequently abandoning him for another man after benefiting from his financial resources.
In an extensive and heartfelt video, Jago disclosed that he invested over N100 million in the relationship, which included purchasing a car for her merely two weeks after they began dating and installing solar electricity in her residence at her request, despite her initially asking for a generator.
Jago’s emotional turmoil reportedly intensified upon learning that his ex-girlfriend was involved with another man, who had sent her flowers through an online platform. He expressed that they had intentions to marry on his birthday in January, rendering her actions particularly distressing.
“I gave you a car just two weeks into the relationship. I spent over N100M on you. Now that you’ve left me for another man, you must return everything I gave you,” he stated in the video.
This emotional outburst has elicited a variety of responses online, with some individuals expressing sympathy for Jago, while others have criticized him for his extravagant expenditures so early in the relationship.
