Chinedu Okoli, the famous Nigerian singer known as Flavour, is currently grieving the loss of his father.
He announced the heartbreaking news on his Twitter account.
Flavour posted a video showing a touching moment with his father, where his father listened to him play the guitar and sing while sitting in his wheelchair.
In the emotional post, Flavour offered prayers for his father’s soul to rest in peace.
He wrote …
“Chukwu wetelu. Chukwu ewelugo.
Nna m Papa Ijele. Rest well”
Fans and colleagues of the highlife musician have expressed their condolences to him.

Amid the current competition between superstar singers Wizkid and Davido, highlife great Chinedu Okoli, also known as Flavour, has underlined his dominance in the music industry.
Flavour made the remark on his official X account, confirming his standing in the business.
He stressed his unrivaled musical abilities, claiming that his talent distinguishes him from his contemporaries. Flavour stated that he is in a league of his own and is not in competition with anyone.
The ‘Big Baller’ hitmaker boasted about his consistent ability to create hit songs and deliver explosive live performances.
He wrote:
