In a recent Instagram post, Nigerian controversial rapper Vic O announced his desire to leave the music profession.
Frustrated by the lack of fan support and low attendance at his gigs, the musician decided that Nigerians do not value his remarkable skill.
Vic O addressed his issues in a touching video message, emphasising the lack of encouragement from his fans and the disappointing response from event organisers.
Vic O expressed his disappointment, stating that he deserves far more from the Nigerian public.
Underneath the emotional footage, the rapper captioned his post with a definitive statement:
“I’ve decided to quit music cause Nigerians don’t deserve me!”

In 2021, Vic O had come forward to beg For help, revealed that he Is Broke.
The controversial musician who also parades himself as the music messiah said he doesn’t want to die in silence because he is ‘in bankruptcy’.
Vic O shared a footage of himself soliciting for financial support. He also posted a link that people can use to donate money to him.
“I don’t want to die in silence,” he stated. He added “So anyhow u can support me u won’t regret. Send me dm and if you’re truly a fan of me.”
That same year, Vic O lost his father.
The bereaved singer who announced the sad news this morning, asked why “death is so wicked”, adding that his father is dying at a time when he is yet to get out of bankruptcy.
Vic O also revealed that he spoke to his father yesterday August 31, and he tried comforting him over his current financial state. However this morning, he was called and told that his father had passed on.
