  • Omowunmi Aloba, the widow of the late singer Mohbad, created a buzz online with a heartbreaking live video that has upset many viewers.

In the video, Wunmi, sounding scared and in pain, desperately called for help, saying her young son, Liam, had been harmed.

It was obvious how desperate Wunmi felt when she said she would never keep quiet, unlike her husband, who she claimed was silent until his life was taken away.

Filled with strong feelings, she committed to fighting for Liam until her last breath, vowing not to let history repeat itself.

She described a frightening scene of the dangers surrounding her, remembering how she and her son were reportedly threatened with kidnapping and a gun during Mohbad’s coroner’s inquest.

The fear in her voice showed that she felt unsafe everywhere—at home, outside, and anywhere else.

As fear and confusion take hold, she urgently asked Nigerians and anyone with a sense of justice to support her.

She insists that Liam, an innocent child, is being swept into a turmoil he didn’t ask for, and she is resolved to protect him from becoming another silent victim.
