Former Nigerian president, Olusegun Obasanjo, caused a stir in the political scene when he was spotted wearing a cap with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s emblem at an event.
The video of Obasanjo wearing the cap with Tinubu’s insignia went viral, surprising many Nigerians.
A user named AMÖDÁ @AmodaOgunlere shared the video on June 13, questioning if the cap on Obasanjo’s head was President Tinubu’s signature cap logo.
“No be President Tinubu signature cap logo be this for Obasanjo head ?? Abi na my eyes.”
The Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrosheed Akanbi, described the insignia on Tinubu’s cap as “the sign of a loosed chain.”
