Emerging reports suggest that students sitting for the National Examination Council Exam (NECO) at a school in Delta state were compelled to write the paper at night.
It was gathered that the question papers and answer sheets which were supposed to be available by 10am, arrived around 5pm.
Unfortunately due to power outage, the students had to use candles to write the exams and the development elicited condemnation from Nigerians.
A video which has gone viral on social media shows a candle placed on different desks per row for students.
