Osas Ighodaro disclosing her upbringing in America emphasized the strong Nigerian influence in her upbringing, stating, “I grew up in a very Naija household… Remember who your family is and behave yourself.”
Osas Ighodaro revealed that she faced initial resistance from her parents when she wanted to pursue acting, but her determination and strong-will overcame.
She shared that she was introduced to acting at 13 through a modeling school and never looked back, saying, “I took my first acting class, and I was like, ‘What is this? I want to indulge in this craft of acting.”
Osas Ighodaro credited her upbringing and passion for acting for her success, showing appreciation for her Nigerian heritage and family values.
