Nollywood has suffered another loss as veteran actor Columbus Irosanga sadly passes away.

Amidst rumors of his passing, veteran actress Hilda Dukobo confirmed his death on Instagram and shared a moving message.

She wrote:

“There can’t be shortage of Angels in heaven that the few here are called home like this na! This one is heavy on Uniport, Rivers state, Nollywood.”

“Our uncle Coli @colu_mbusirisoanga has gone to be with the lord. Ikoli eh dein na mu.”

In other news, Pat Ugwu, a 35-year-old actress, has been declared dead by an older member of the Nollywood community.

The reason for her passing is not yet known, and it has surprised many of her peers in the industry.

Emeka Okoye, an experienced actor, shared the sad news of Pat’s death on his official Instagram account. He expressed his sadness that they never had the chance to collaborate.

The obituary mentioned that Pat’s family plans to hold her burial on February 6 and 7, 2025.

Announcing her death, Emeka wrote:
