Not everyone in the bank this period wants to withdraw or pay money, Some just want to get air from AC – Nigerian man says

According to a Nigerian guy, Ezebunwo Ichemati, some customers now attend banks merely to get cool air from the air conditioning, rather than to withdraw or pay cash.

Nigeria is currently suffering a severe heat wave, with temperatures exceeding 40°C in several areas of the country.

Meanwhile, the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) reported on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, that air temperatures reached 41°C in the north and 39°C in the south, with model projections showing that temperatures will continue high in the next days.

According to the statement, the heat wave can induce dehydration, heat rash, fainting, chicken pox disease, measles, body weakness, mild fever, respiratory issues, and increased susceptibility to chronic ailments.

In other news A man who traveled to Canada to be with his wife has been urged to return to Nigeria immediately.

According to Sassy Funke’s TikTok post, the man was turned back at the entry barrier and told to leave within 48 hours.

According to Sassy Funke, the individual did not indicate in his visa application that he had previously been denied a visa by Turkey.

This did not sit well with the immigration officers at the Canadian port of entry, who turned him back because they thought he was a liar.

Funke claimed the man’s wife sent her an email with the terrible story.

She said: “They probably found out after they had given him the visa. They can still deny you even at the airport in Canada. It’s very important to make sure to always make sure to fill out applications properly.”
