“Nothing Dey This Life, I Slept in The Hospital with You for Several Weeks, You Still Left”- Rudeboy mourns Mr Ibu

Rudeboy, a veteran artist, has expressed his grief over the death of Nollywood star John Okafor, better known as Mr Ibu.

Mr Ibu, a movie legend, died on Saturday, March 2, and his death is no longer news in the Nollywood industry. Fans and business colleagues were stunned and heartbroken to learn of the actor’s death.

Rudeboy, one half of the Psquare band, who was at the hospital when Mr Ibu was unwell, expressed his sadness that the actor died despite spending many weeks with him to ensure his well-being.

He questioned ‘God why’, claiming that there is truly nothing in life.

He wrote: “I slept in the hospital with you for several weeks just to be there with you and all .. and you still left. God why?? #mribu. Aswear forget!!! Nothing dey for this life.”
