Notorious Assassin Who Murdered Hamburger, A Union Chairman in Oshodi, Arrested by Police [Photos]
Following the assassination Of One Ganiyu Ayinla aka Piero, the P.A to One Azeez Adekunle Lawal in Lagos Island on 23/1/18, Massive manhunt against the Notorious Assassin behind it, Adeola Williams aka Ade Lawyer, 39, Native Of Isasi, Ijebu Ode LGA Ogun State, was Launched by IRT on the Directives Of IGP Ibrahim K Idris.
Eventually, on 14/2/18, the professional assassin Who had been on the Most wanted list of the Nigerian police for over 5 years, was arrested in his newly rented house in Akure, Ondo State.
Suspect immediately confessed to the assassination of Piero in Lagos State and numerous assassinations in the South west. He further confessed that one Rafiu Olorunwa Akanni, former Chairman Of NURTW Lagos State, hired him to assassinate Lawal for N1.5 Million.
He said he was given N500k advance payment, but they mistakenly assassinated the PA to their target, Piero, while their actual target escaped with Bullet wounds.
The police said: “He claimed that Akanni refused to give them the N1, 000,000 balance because they killed the personal assistant of the man he sent them to eliminate.
Hence, Adeola Williams aka Ade Lawyer traced the driver of Olorunwa and confiscated his Black Hyundai jeep from the driver and called the owner that they will release his Jeep after he paid them their one-million-naira balance.
He said they needed to run and hide until the heat subsided since two of his accomplices had been arrested by the police. He confessed that Mr. Olorunwa has been calling him to be very careful and that he should hide very well because his members have been arrested.
He also mentioned many other victims he assassinated in the past which included Hamburger, a union chairman in Oshodi, Babajide Dosumu aka Mados in Ebute Meta, Salawe in Ajah, Ganiyu Asaro and four others in Badore where he said he spread bullets in their car and killed the five occupants.
“Olorunwa was arrested at Ebute Meta by IRT operatives. Efforts to arrest remaining gang members at large in progress.”
