Up-and-coming music producer Okafor Chukwunweike David, known as Nteletua, has shared his surprising journey into the Nigerian music scene.

In a recent chat with The Nation, the producer from Anambra State, who is part of a family of five, talked about how he unexpectedly got into music production.

Nteletua graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and also earned a second degree in the same field from the National Metallurgical Institute.

Nteletua started his professional music career around 2013 or 2014 and shared the story of how it began. “It happened unexpectedly. I had friends who sang in church, and I loved their music. I wanted to help them succeed, so I decided to learn music production to help produce their songs and get them noticed. “While working on music for my friends, people recognized my talent and encouraged me to work with other artists. I gave it a try and started producing for underground artists.”

Nteletua mentioned several notable artists he has teamed up with, like Phyno, Zlatan, Mr. Real, Blaqbonez, Portable, and DJ Enimoney, among others.

When he was asked which artists he would like to work with in the future, he said, “I would love to work with Burna Boy, Wurld, Wizkid, Ayra Starr, Kanye West, and Rema.”

In other news, Reality television personality Kellyrae reflects on how the Big Brother Naija program provided him with a lifeline when he was close to forfeiting his aspirations.

During his speech, the contestant from season 9 shared that his ambitions were slipping away just as he successfully completed the audition for the show.

Kellyrae recalled his initial day in the house, expressing his determination to maximize his experience during his time on the program.

Reality star, Kellyrae recounts how Big Brother Naija show came to his rescue when he was on the verge of losing his dream.

The BBNaija season 9 contestant made this known while giving his speech.He noted that his dreams were already sleeping through his hand when he passed the audition for the show.

Kellyrae reminisced about his first day on the show and how he had vowed to make the most his stay in the house.

He said in part …

“This is me, Kellyrae. Just when I was on the verge of giving up on my dreams, Big Brother came to the rescue. Oh, thank Goodness. Boom it was the day of our entry. The day I would stand with Ebuka on that glorious stage, having the world watch me for the first time. I had plans to make the best of it. I chose an entrance song and rehearsed dance steps ….”
