The Ogunsua of Modakeke, Oba Francis Olatunji Adedoyin, has died. He was 96.
An announcement by the Oosa of Modakeke, Chief Oloyede, said Oba Adedoyin joined his ancestors at Our Lady of Fatimah Catholic Hospital in Jaleyemi, Osogbo, Osun State capital, following an illness.
A seven-day mourning has been announced by the town’s Council of Chiefs. Tree branches will be cut down as a mark of respect for the late monarch.
