Many people online have praised a Nigerian ma who lives in Canada after a video appeared showing him skillfully braiding his wife’s hair.
Agatha Anubalu uploaded the adorable moment on TikTok, showing the husband’s hairstyling skills.
The video instantly went viral, showing the husband cautiously braided his wife’s hair with attachments while she sat back and let him work his magic.
What made the gesture even more unusual was the wife’s admission in the video’s caption: the exorbitant cost of salon visits in Canada.
According to the wife, a single salon visit in Canada may cost her at least N217,000 (about $280 CAD).
Recognizing the financial burden that such expenses could cause, the husband took matters into his own hands, literally, to save money for the family.
