Born in Ogun State on March 24, 1995, Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji, better known by his stage name Ola Dips, is a 28-year-old Nigerian rapper, singer, songwriter, and text battler. He died on November 14,2023 after been rush to the hospital.
MUSICAL CAREER
At the age of sixteen, Ola Dips started participating in musical endeavors. Before becoming well-known among Facebook rap battlers, he started out as a text battler. In one of his most important fights, he overcame Don Geo.
Ola Dips triumph at “King is here,” a contest organized by D’banj, can be regarded as his first and biggest break. Both the general population and other rappers acknowledged him. Ola also signed his first record contract with Nigerian music record label EDGE Records.

According to him, this occurred because his career did not take off as quickly as he had been told, and less money was invested in his music career. The record company said they were merely providing assistance; they did not have a contract.

OLADIPS IN THE HOSPITAL
On November 15 2023, a video of the rapper surfaced online, in which he can be heard requesting his pal, identified on Instagram as OnlyOneLifetime, to drive him to the hospital.
Before being brought to the hospital, Oladips sent a message on his Instagram story requesting his friend who left home to fetch him drugs to return home.
Oladips can be heard asking with his companion to take him to the hospital in the footage. His pals who were behind him were heard yelling out his name as he apparently passed out on his route to the hospital.
The main cause of the ailment is yet to be made public. Unfortunately his management announced his death on 15 November, 2023 stating he died the previous day 14 November, 2023. may his gentle soul rest in peace.
